General Information: The leek has broader, flatter leaves and a wider bulb than the similar looking green onion. The leek's flavor is very oniony, but settles down nicely once cooked. Slice and add to omelets, quiche, potpies or bake with potatoes and cream. Brush with olive oil and grill.
