Tarragon
Tarragon Vegetable Dip
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 8 | oz | cream cheese | | 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | | 1/4 | cup | whole milk | | 4 | tsp | tarragon vinegar | | 1 | tsp | sugar | | 3/4 | tsp | chopped tarragon | | 1 | tsp | salt | | 1/4 | tsp | pepper |
Procedure:
Place all ingredients in food processor. Combine until creamy, dip consistency is achieved. Chill dip. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, suh as snap peas, mushrooms, specialty radishes and baby sweet peppers.
