General information: | Very similar to the snow pea, however, the sugar snap has a rounded pod with larger peas within. The sugar snap is, in fact, sweeter than the snow pea or any other fresh pea with the exception of very young English peas. Sugar snaps are best cooked very lightly or enjoyed raw. Good source of vitamins C, K and fiber. |
