General information: | The baby turnip has the unmistakable turnip flavor, but with more sweetness. They don't have to be peeled, but when peeled, they are a beautiful snow white. When sauteed with peeled baby red beets, the turnips turn a neon pink. Steam, boil, grill or saute until tender. The turnip greens may be steamed and eaten too! High in vitamin C. Good source of potassium. |
